Rosneft Board approves correction of business plan

Rosneft’s Board of Directors has decided on the correction of the key indicators of the company’s consolidated business plan for 2014. The Board also reviewed the main strategic development goals of Rosneft and authorised the Rosneft Management Board to present a long-term development programme of the company up to 2030 for its approval in November 2014.

The Board confirmed the new texts of statues on the Board Committees and approved the creation of Arctic Development Subcommittee of the Board Strategic Planning Committee. Artur Chilingarov was elected Chairman of the Subcommittee.In addition, the Board approved new Board committee charters, and appointed Vice President for HR and Social Policy Yuri Kalinin, Deputy Chairman of the Rosneft Management Board.
