PCM acquires AMIK Oilfield Equipment and Rentals

PCM S.A has acquired 75% of the shares in AMIK Oilfield Equipment & Rentals based in Canada.

The purchase was completed on 9 December 2014. Following this acquisition, the company will continue to operate independently under the name AMIK Oilfield Equipment & Rentals.

This acquisition allows AMIK Oilfield to continue developing sustainably its presence in Canada and positions PCM to deliver the best products and services in a timely and cost effective manner in the Canadian oil & gas patch.

PCM Canada and AMIK will work together offering the full artificial lift solutions for Central and Northern Alberta oil companies. The complementary portfolio and service locations offered by AMIK and PCM Canada provide the end users a single entry point to install and maintain whole completions from downhole pumps, fittings, drive heads and power units, at a time where cost control is a must have.
