Norway strike called off

Following a settlement between the Norwegian labour union, Lederne and the Norwegian Oil and Gas Association (NOROG), the strike which threatened to shutdown the Johan Sverdrup field on 14 October 2020 has been called off and operations will continue as normal.
An agreement was reached in a meeting last Friday at the National Mediator between Norwegian Oil and Gas and the Norwegian Organisation of Managers and Executives (Lederne).
