Alfa Laval wins offshore pumping systems order from Maersk Oil

Alfa Laval, a world leader in heat transfer, centrifugal separation and fluid handling, has announced has received a contract to supply Framo pumping systems to an oil platform in the UK. The order was booked in the Marine & Offshore Pumping Systems segment and has a value of approximately SEK 100 million. Delivery is expected in 2016.

The order comprises fire water pumping systems for an oil platform operated by Maersk Oil which is located outside Aberdeen in the North Sea.
