AGR has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Antilles Oil and Gas NL to assist in well planning, design and execution, and provide drilling capability.

AGR delivers well construction and project management, HSEQ, reservoir and field management services to the upstream oil and gas industry.
AGR has been awarded a three year frame agreement with Lundin Norway AS for drilling services on the Norwegian continental shelf, plus two one year options.
AGR Petroleum Services has confirmed it has entered into a Letter of Intent with Awilco Drilling Limited to provide well management services in the UK North Sea.
